Sage, the Oracle® Touch espresso maker, with automated touchscreen operation, simplifies how to make your favorite coffee in three easy steps: grind, brew and milk. You can easily adjust the coffee strength, milk texture or temperature to suit your taste. Then save it with your own unique name. Create and save up to 8 custom coffees.

Sage the Oracle® Touch offers the 4 main elements of true quality coffee:

Serving Quantity– The integrated conical burr grinder automatically grinds, doses and compacts 22 grams for a double dose, similar to your favorite commercial coffee machine.

Accurate water temperature– The difference between a gray-tasting or balanced espresso can be caused by temperature changes as small as 1°C. Oracle® Touch uses digital temperature control (PID) technology. This ensures that the temperature is maintained in the ideal range. The combination of dual stainless steel boilers and heated group head delivers water at the precise temperature.

Optimal Water Pressure– The Over Pressure Valve (OPV) is a commercial feature included with Oracle® Touch. This limits the maximum pressure during extraction, helping to avoid bitter flavors in the coffee dose. It also features true low-pressure pre-infusion, which gradually increases pressure to gently expand the beans for even extraction.

Sufficient steam pressure– A quality coffee cup is a delicate balance of espresso flavor and rich, sweet milk with microfoam texture. The steam wand, powered by a dedicated steam boiler, automatically textures the milk to your liking, providing silky, barista-quality microfoam that enhances the flavor of the coffee.
