The Cafelat Robot Regular is a lever-type home espresso machine. By pressing the levers down, homebrewers increase the pressure inside the portafilter, dispersion screen, and basket. It uses few parts, no complicated electronics, and only premium materials like stainless steel. All café pieces are completely plastic-free!

Water and coffee come into contact only with stainless steel, a food-grade silicone piston seal, and a food-grade silicone top pin of the filter screen. All components are tested for food safety. The main body is made of die-cast and powder-coated aluminum, but it has no contact with water or coffee.
