Exclusive pump technology
The most important raw material for perfect coffee is always fresh water. This machine has a water pump exclusive to filter coffee machines, which completely drains the water from the machine after each brewing process. This way, there is no standing water in the coffee maker. You can be sure that you always start your coffee brewing with fresh, oxygen-rich water.

In coffee machines that do not have a water pump, around 1dl of water remains in the device’s piping after each use. This naturally affects the taste of the coffee the next time you brew it.

Perfect Temperature
The Performance Thermo coffee maker has a very precise heating system that reaches the ideal coffee preparation temperature in just a few seconds and maintains the temperature (92–96°) for the entire process.

Manual drip blocking and extraction time adjustment
The filter has Flow Control with which you adjust the extraction time to the ideal according to the amount of water and coffee. This way, you always get the same great-tasting coffee, whether you brew a full pot or just a few cups. You can always adjust the extraction time as well according to your taste.

Unique shower head
The completely unique shower head distributes water evenly over the coffee, which guarantees the best possible end result.

Approval from the European Coffee Brewing Center guarantees that the brewery meets high quality standards, e.g. in terms of temperature and time.
